Tenant
If you are renting a real estate property for which we provide services on behalf of the landlord, we process data with the aim of carrying out our tasks such as the administration of the property (including payment details such as rent payments), tracking and following up on incidents relating to the property and other related purposes.
The following data can be processed:
- Your name, gender, address and contact details such as e-mail and telephone (1) (2) (3)
- Your age, income category and family composition (1)
- Data to establish that you have met the requirements of the landlord, such as income data, pay slips, employment contract and employer's declaration (1)
- Details of the rental contract, including your identity determination (1) (3)
- A copy of your passport or identity card, where your personal identification number must be made illegible (1)
- Bank details and bank transactions regarding rent, deposit and costs related to the house (1)
- Information about incident reports (1) (2) (3)

This data can be shared with the following (third) parties:
(1) The landlord
(2) Third party if necessary for resolving a reported incident (for example a plumber, locksmith or internet provider)
(3) Co-tenant(s)
In addition, in order to verify that you meet the requirements for renting the property, we may provide your data to an external party specialized in creditworthiness assessments. This party will use your information to investigate your creditworthiness and contact details. If you object to this, you may inform us in advance.
Landlord
If you rent out or have a real estate property managed by us, we process data with the aim of offering our rental and management services.
The following data can be processed:
- Your name, address and contact details such as your telephone number and e-mail address (1) (2)

- The description and characteristics of the real estate property such as the rent and surfaces (1)
- Bank details and bank transactions regarding rent, deposit and costs related to the house (1)
This data can be shared with the following third parties:

(2) Third party engaged in response to an incident and necessary for, for example, invoicing (for example a plumber)

If you fill out a contact form on our website, send us an email, contact us by phone, or visit our office, data can be stored with the aim of serving you.
Retention periods
Your personal data will be stored for the period in which we consider this to be relevant in the context of our services. Different terms and conditions may apply if we are obliged by law to keep personal data longer.
If you provide data as part of an onboarding request as prospective tenant, this data will be deleted no later than 75 days after the onboarding request if you are not offered a rental contract. Upon request, your data can be deleted earlier.
Usage of private area of website
If you rent a real estate property that is managed by us, or if you are a landlord who rents out a real estate property through us, you may get a username and password to log in to a private area of the website.
As a user you are responsible for carefully handling the username and password. We assume that a person who logs in with a username and password is authorized to use it.
If a user suspects that unauthorized persons know the password, the user must inform us as soon as possible so that measures can be taken.
Information about usage of the website and cookies
Visitor data is tracked on the website. In this context, in particular the IP address of your computer, the time of retrieval and data that the browser of a visitor sends, can be registered and used for statistical analyses of visiting and clicking behaviour on the website. This data is used to optimize the website.
